As we face these difficult times related to COVID-19, we write to assure you that Malvese Equipment will continue to diligently work on your behalf. While we have taken measures that are aimed at curbing the potential spread of the virus, our employees will remain in constant contact with our customers for all your sales, parts, and service needs.

Service:
Equipment needing service can be coordinated with our service department, then dropped off outside the building. Please enter through the front entrance and our service team will meet you. We will continue to make service pick-ups and returns when possible.

Parts:
Beginning Monday 5/4/2020 we will be reopening our showrooms, limiting our capacities to 5 customers at a time. A face covering or mask must be worn and social distancing of 6 feet must be maintained. Parts can also be ordered via telephone, fax or email and certain items can be shipped common carrier to you. Parts can also be ordered and brought out to your vehicle. Simply order, pay, and call us when you are outside the building and we will bring your order out to you.

Sales:
Equipment has been set up outside with plenty of space for comfortable distances. Our sales team will assist you outside for your comfort and safety. We will help you make purchase decisions over the phone or via email when necessary.

We will continue to make deliveries on new sales. For everyone’s well-being our drivers will keep proper distance and limit interactions with customers on delivery.
